As Project Manager at Aeris, you'll be the connective tissue between strategy, design, development, and our clients — ensuring projects move with precision, purpose, and good energy. You'll oversee multiple concurrent projects, build processes that enable creativity rather than constrain it, and serve as the point of trust for clients navigating complex creative engagements.
What you'll do
Own the full project lifecycle from kick-off through final delivery and handoff
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external clients
Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate when necessary
Track budgets, scope, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
Drive continuous process improvement across the studio's project operations
What were looking for
5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or studio
Experience managing brand, design, or web development projects specifically
Strong command of project management tools (Linear, Notion, Asana, or similar)
Excellent interpersonal skills — you earn trust from both clients and creatives
Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, precise in execution
